After receiving the samples from the company, we test it and approve it as product to be ordered. So we placed the order of full 20ft container load they clearly stated in the quotation and invoice terms and conditions that it will match the approved sample. When we received the order, we found out that the material is different and not matching the approved sample quality. The quality is cheaper and could not be accepted by our buyers and we paid the price of a good quality products. So we figured out that we have been scammed. We informed the supplier and we tried to agree on a partial refund or items return but their sales person started to ignore messages and give un-accepted excuses. And whenever the sales person replies the messages will say I was sick, the management didn’t accept or other unbelievable excuses. Now we will start filing complaints with Chinese embassy and authorities in China hopping that we can get our money back.
